Welcome to my corner of the world! I'm a small-town gal from Eastern North Carolina, proud to call myself an Aggie alum from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University (AGGIE PRIDE!). While my journey started with a bachelor's in economics, life had some delightful twists and turns in store for me.

After dabbling in HR roles and soaking up the vibrant energy of Atlanta for a spell, I found my passion pulling me toward a different path. In 2019, I earned my Master's in Education and embarked on a fulfilling chapter as a high school history teacher.

But life's adventures didn't stop there! Alongside my amazing high school sweetheart, we joyously welcomed our little bundle of joy, Jett, into our lives in April 2021. Parenthood has added a whole new dimension of wonder and excitement to our world.
